Hey Guys,

I'm Ava. I'm a 16-year old mogul skier from Vail Colorado.
I just took 3rd at the Toyota U.S. Freestyle National Championships
​
At just 15, I am only the second woman to podium at Nationals at that age.
​​
I was just named to the U.S. Freestyle Mogul Development Team
​
I want to be the first black skier to ever win an Olympic gold medal in skiing.
​
I'm in the 10th grade and go to Vail Ski and Snowboard Academy. I love it. I've been skiing since I was two but started competing 6 years ago.
My goal this year is to land a cork 720 and a cork mute grab combo in competition.
​
When I'm not skiing I play golf. I have two sisters, and a dog named Hank! He's the best!
​
